Join our monthly pregnancy yoga classes to help reduce pregnancy aches and pains, increase flexibility, improve posture and prepare yourself physically and emotionally for labour and birth. Each session is followed by a light snack and a chat about whatever people want to chat about! It’s a great way to connect with your baby and meet other mums-to be. As a special promotion our yoga is FREE if you sign up to our antenatal course, £5 a class otherwise. Whether you’re new to yoga or an accomplished student, we’d love to see you there!
