I teach mindful, slow Vinyasa Flow, with an emphasis on a strong steady breath, and controlled conscious movement, challenging you to remain mentally engaged throughout your entire practise. In maintaining a mindful practice, I believe the mind-body connection teaches us how to live a fulfilling, healthy, and happy life on and off the yoga mat.
My classes are ideal for those who want to build stamina, strength, increase energy & vitality in body & mind. Leave feeling recharged and ready to deal with your day.
All levels are welcome and no previous experience necessary as modifications and adjustments are given. Expect a warm welcome in a non-competitive environment.
I also offer private 1-2-1 yoga – a completely tailored sessions. Customising sequences to your ability whilst being fully aware of your personal goals and concerns, going at your own pace, at the time and place convenient to you.
