Want to get in shape but don’t want to go to the gym? Want to have fun while you workout? Then try ‘Movers & Shakers’! Learn Asanas (yoga poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation through relaxation and Indian Folk dance steps.
A short course in Medi -Yoga and Indian Folk Dance. The course facilitators Farah Fernandes and Subodh Rathod will lead participant through a series of exercises designed to support and improve health. Sessions help to tackle conditions such as diabetes and obesity.
Participants are encouraged to complete all sessions of yoga and / or dance in order to improve circulation and flexibility.
Open to beginners!
