Individual Pilates classes with Becki allow you to experience all the wonderful benefits from Pilates in the comfort of your own home. Pilates is an excellent form of exercise during pregnancy, helping you focus on amongst many other things posture, pelvic floor and relaxation throughout your pregnancy. After birth, regular Pilates practice can help new mums strengthen your pelvic floor; strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles and offer a time for relaxation and stretching.
Working together we will start with an assessment to help clarify your own individual aims and objectives and we will then work together on these in regular sessions.
