Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for mums with a focus on your body's centre, strengthening bones and muscles and posture. Pilates not only focuses on the well-being of your body but also your mind, offering an opportunity for some “me time” to relax and concentrate on the movements and your body.
Classes are available for complete beginners to those with some experience of Pilates.
