Aerobic and Body Conditioning
60-minute, calorie-burning group session designed to shape and tone your body. It aims to improve cardiovascular endurance, core strength, stability and general level of fitness. Suitable for people of all abilities, ages and fitness level.
A PAR-Q form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) will need to be completed and signed by each participant prior to taking part in the class.
