Starting 22nd September.
All classes begin and end with a relaxation. Poses, movements and sequences will be given with variations depending on what suits your body and mind today. All poses and sequences will be done with the breath as guide in order to support the spine and promote relaxation. In addition to asana we shall also do some pranayama (breathing) and sometimes, depending on the class, mantra, philosophy and meditation.

Yoga mats and blocks provided, you may wish to bring your own.
Please bring a blanket or beach towel and something warm to wear during relaxation
Places are limited to 8 students. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book onto a course or a single class to avoid disappointment. Classes are taught in 6 week blocks but students are welcome to drop in (please still email to confirm attendance)
