POST-NATAL PILATES CLASSES
Specifically created for new mums this class is designed to help you recover from pregnancy and birth. Your baby can lie next to you or play nearby.
Relaxed and safe, yet focussed this therapeutic class eases you back into exercise and helps restore your pre-pregnancy self by:
•increasing your awareness and tone of your pelvic floor and core muscles
•pelvic floor safe, general strengthening
•improving alignment to help relieve back or pelvic pain
•stretching areas of tension associated with being a new mum
•aiding relaxation and feeling of wellbeing
This class can be adapted for those with diastasis (tummy muscle separation)
