Anyone can try Nordic Walking, it takes only a little more effort than normal walking and yet the benefits are huge! Nordic Walking helps to improve posture and reduce back pain, it reduces stress and is a great alternative to running – it is perfect for pregnancy, pre and post natal. This December book a beginner's Nordic Walking course, including three progressive sessions that will put you at ease with a friendly, inspirational instructor for three weeks on:
Fridays, 2nd, 9th and 16th December at 1.30-2.30pm or Sundays, 4th, 11th and 18th December at 10-11am
Sessions are in Steep, Hampshire. The course costs £30 for three sessions including pole hire.
