The plan involves three runs per week, with a day of rest in-between, with a different schedule for each of the ten weeks. The plan incorporates running and walking with the aim to build up stamina and reaching achievable goals.

Each run will start at River Park Leisure Centre (SO23 7DD) at 9.30am with the programme kicking off on Tuesday 20 September.
The cost to take part is £20 for 10 weeks which is payable on the first week.
