A friendly ante-natal class run by Physiotherapist with extensive experience in Pilates.
Exercise during pregnancy is important and has many health benefits, it has been shown to improve posture, preserve your core muscles and prepare your body for pregnancy and labour.
The class focuses on breathing, gentle stretching, core, pelvic floor, muscle strength and relaxation.
You can start these classes after your 12 week scan.
