Gentle yoga class dedicated to regaining strength after the pregnancy and birth, focussing on core stability and gently strengthening the body from inside out. The practice brings together physical postures and soothing breathing and relaxation techniques suited to new mums and relaxing with babies.
The little ones are more than welcome, but the main focus is on mums.
