Learn how to re-connect with your centre and strengthen pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Focus on breathing and good alignment whilst carrying out gentle exercises. Post-natal clients can be catered within my Beginner/Improver courses as class sizes are small and exercises can be tailored for a Post-natal client where needed. You must be past 6 weeks post-natal and have clearance to exercise from a medical professional.
