Our specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist leads aquanatal classes to strengthen your core and improve flexibility, whilst building your cardiovascular endurance ready for labour. Being supported by the water allows you to exercise safely throughout your pregnancy, especially if you have any back or pelvic pain. Regularly exercising during pregnancy has been proven to provide the baby with lots of oxygen-rich blood to enhance development. It’s also a great way of having fun whilst staying fit!
Tuesday lunchtime 1:30 – 2:30pm at the Centre for Clinical Physiotherapy.
The class is open to all women more than 12 weeks and less than 38 weeks pregnant.
Classes are only £45 for 6 sessions, and can be spread out as long as you let us know if you need to miss one.
