Damon Flanagan is a violin teacher at the Junior London College of Music and a deputy violin teacher at Junior Trinity College of Music. He has a motivated class involving exams, studio recitals, ensembles, holiday courses, workshops and making friends through music making. His students have gained may prizes at Music Festivals and have gained Music Scholarships to Private Schools. Damon has a piano in his studio so he can prepare for Aural Exams and have students play with another instrument from the very beginning of tuition, so the art of ensemble playing becomes a natural skill. He studied at the Guildhall School of Music and at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.Damon plays regularly with orchestral the City of Birmingham Symphony, English National Ballet, Bournemouth Symphony and Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
