Cheerobics® is the unique fitness programme that combines aerobics and cheerleading techniques, with the fun of pompoms! Not designed as a regular “cheerleading” class, Cheerobics® is designed to improve your fitness whilst having lots of fun. Cheerobics® is aimed at all fitness & skill levels, as well as all age groups so everyone is welcome!
Cheerobics® is the ONLY cheerleading workout which is officially recognised as a fitness programme, so get ready to SWEAT! All classes will get you working through one routine every week which will take you through:
10 min Warmup
30 min Cardio
10 min Strength/condition
5 min Stretch
