You’re never too old to learn cheerleading! Cheerleading lessons are a positive and fun way to get fit, lose weight and feel good. It tones muscle, improves CV and co-ordination through a mixture of dance, chants, tumbling and stunts.
Our cheerleading lessons are open to all, you don’t need to have danced before or have any cheerleading experience. We welcome all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. The lessons not only improve cheerleading skills but are a great way to meet new people.
