Our 5-8 yrs yoga classes are dynamic, energetic and active using story telling and imagination to work through our yoga poses. Children learn yoga poses, breathing techniques to help calm and relax the body and mind, relaxation techniques and to look after each other. The 8-12 yrs yoga classes are more similar to adult yoga classes but taught in a fun way with games and partner postures at times. We look at alignment and children do more challenging poses along with breathing techniques and more structured relaxation.
