Dragon Fitness Fit Camp aims to get you fighting fit, looking your best and feel great about yourself.
Each Fit Camp usually lasts about an hour. All sessions are outdoors and yes, we train whatever the weather – rain, shine, even snow – so please bear this in mind and dress appropriately for all weather conditions. You’ll frequently hear us say ‘If it isn’t raining, it isn’t training!’.
Dragon Fitness caters for all fitness levels, from couch potatoes who haven’t exercised for years to fitness fanatics. You will never be left out and a range of intensity options are given to provide a challenging workout experience for everyone.
Every session is different to the last to ensure boredom does not set in and include a mixture of upper body, lower body and core work.
