A yoga class specifically for women who are 14+ week pregnant. Pregnancy yoga can help to deal with the many many strains both physically and mentally that pregnancy places on the body. Yoga with help you to relax, gain strength and help you to prepare for birth. This is a dedicated time for both you and bump to connect and a chance to meet other mums-to-be in the area. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
7 week block starts Monday 2nd November – 14th December 5.45-7pm.
£45 for 7 week block, please contact if the block has started, you will still be able to come along and price will be adjusted accordingly.
