We come together and practice yoga through the exploration of breath, relaxation and flowing postures. ‘Baby yoga’ and baby massage have wonderful benefits for the development of a baby and enhances playful interaction and communication between mum & baby, promoting healthy development.
Pregnancy yoga offers transformational tools that provide safe, inspiring, nurturing and grounded support for women and their babies in pregnancy. Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to prepare body and mind for labour, birth, motherhood and the transformations that arise on the way.
