A FREE weekly walking and posture course (funded by Active Essex) on Wednesdays in King Georges Park at 11.30. Starting in November.
You will be taught the Simply Stride walking technique, as well as body tailoring exercises to make you stronger and improve your body shape. We're a friendly bunch – come and join us.
