If your gym routine needs to be spiced up, if you've hit a plateau, if you want to add miles to your cycling, shave time off your running, or just want to try something new, this is the course for you!
You'll work on strengthening the muscles for functional movement and increasing mobility. The class will start with a strong, HIIT-style workout followed by a slow flow or yin yoga to open the joints and clear any residual tension
