I am qualified in ante and post natal exercise and run classes for new mums to help them get back into shape.
The mummies and buggies class will follow the principles of circuit training, combining cardiovascular and resistance exercises so your heart and muscles get a good work out, while ensuring that you exercise safely and effectively at your own fitness level.
