You are invited to join these relaxation and mindfulness sessions, on Wednesday mornings starting on January 4th 2017, 10am – 11.30am, and then ongoing.
Run by Rachel Baylis (a fully-qualified Gestalt counsellor and teacher) allow yourself some time to step aside from the hustle and bustle of your life, and learn effective ways to develop new relaxation techniques and practice mindfulness. Re-balance yourself, and experience stillness.
You will be given postcard-sized instructions each week to take home so that you can begin to make this a regular practice in your daily life – some of these methods can even be used when other people are with you, without anyone realising that you are giving yourself space.
