A group exercise class using kettlebell weights ranging from 2kg upwards. I am really passionate about this form of exercise as it is a perfect combination of non impact, cardio and weight bearing exercise with exceptional core and joint strengthening effects.

• Easy to follow and does not require much coordination. You choose the weight and intensity of your workout.

• Designed to maximise calorie burn – destroying fat super fast! You can burn up to 800 calories in an hour.
