I believe yoga is accessible to everyone, I focus on strengthening, posture, balance and flexibility. Yoga helps with both physical and mental health and can enable us to deal with the stresses of everyday life and parenting. It is so important to take time out as a parent, enabling us to be the beat we can be. Come along and give it a try. The class is for all abilities and because it is small I can work with all levels.
