Feel as though you want to start getting fit again it's difficult with a baby to look after all the time so why not bring baby along with you! I am a fully qualified Pilates teacher with post graduate qualifications and ongoing study into this area and have a passion for teaching the post natal body and the results are fantastic!
The class is open to Mums who are past their 6 week check (with lochia finished) and with baby that is not yet on the move. So if you are past that point but would like to start that’s perfect. If you are not yet at the 6 week mark but are interested please let me know so I can put you down for a space for that time.
The class will cover basic nutritional needs for the post baby body, releasing tight muscles and correcting and improving breathing techniques to stimulate pelvic floor and tummy muscles to naturally regain their tone with tummy safe exercises! Rec check and exercises to help close any gap. Functional exercises with emphasis on posture, breathing and beneficial movement patterns and education on how we should move and why this is important.
