Your first class is free so come along and join in.
You can do the whole class of weigh in, a motivational talk and an exercise session or you can choose to do weigh in only or exercise only the choice is yours.
The classes and courses are all fun, vibrant and you will be made very welcome.
We have all ages and abilities at every class and I do adaptations for all fitness levels.
10.45am Class – Weigh in, motivational talk and exercise class
5.30 pm FITNESS PILATES (for beginners/improvers)
6.15 pm Class – Weigh in, motivational talk and exercise class – late weigh in after class available
