Hi, my name is Sara and I own, run and teach at Palace Yoga in Crystal Palace.
I teach Yin Yoga every Tues/Thur 8pm-9pm, which helps calm the mind & stretch the body. Yin Yoga is a slow, focused practice, where asanas are held between 3 to 5 minutes targeting the connective tissues, ligaments and even joints. The perfect to unwind physically and mentally.
I also teach Yin Yang Yoga every Sat 10am-11am. Focusing on connecting breath with movement, we will go through a more dynamic yoga sequence, you’ll flow into feeling energised and ready to enjoy your weekend. Its great if you're looking to increase flexibility, core strength and muscle tone. What's more, you won't feel guilty about indulging in yummy goodies you'll find on your way out at the Food Markets.
I'm a firm believer that yoga is for everyone, so I design my classes to accommodate all bodies & abilities, allowing you to move at your own pace, whilst still feeling like you've had a great workout. I am a fully qualified instructor, with over 200hrs of training and teaching. My classes are community orientated, very open and welcoming to new joiners and regulars.
