This course is for Pregnant women from 14 weeks onward. Supporting you in this magical and life changing experience whilst learning Yoga techniques to help you with the potential anxiety bringing a new life into the world can bring. The classes will help you maintain appropriate fitness as you adjust and prepare physically, emotionally and mentally for giving birth and looking after your baby.
