These are regular lunchtime & rush hour mindfulness meditation classes, running from 12:00-12:45 & 17:00-17:45 every Tuesday from 10th Jan 2017.
Each session includes 1 seated & 1 walking meditation. Please arrive at 12:00 or 17:00 to get settled into your space & ask any questions you may have. Meditations begin at 12:15 & end at 12:45, or begin at 17:15 & end at 17:45 depending on what time you arrived! There is no need to book. Each class costs £5 cash (sorry but I don’t have credit/debit card facilities).
All meditations are guided, so are suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to deepen their existing practice. Chairs will be provided for the seated meditation, or you are welcome to bring your own cushions/stool/mat.
Sessions will be led by Katie Sheen of Soul Nutrition, who has been using mindfulness in her own life for over 15 years. Katie studies in the mindful tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, but these meditations are suitable for those of all faiths or none.
