Friendly, individual, supportive sessions of postnatal yoga for mums, taught in a beautiful space. You can come for a session by yourself, or with your baby. Healing, strengthening and energising yoga for mums, and stretches, songs and rhythmic yoga fun for babies. We can record the session, so you have some material to practise with at home. No yoga experience is necessary. I am an experienced yoga teacher and trainer, and mother of two children.
