Restorative and Relaxing Yoga Classes suitable for everyone
Re-energise, De-stress and Create a space of wellness within you
Classes are taught in a safe and uncompetitive environment and last for one hour. Postures, breathing exercises, concentration techniques and meditation are incorporated into the practice. The student work is to follow the teacher’s indications in controlling the breath and being attentive towards their own body and mind sensations. A guided relaxation time will finish the session
