Modified, therapeutic Pilates classes led by a specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist. Helping you to tone and condition safely as your body changes during pregnancy, whilst benefiting your baby's development in the womb. Our classes focus on strengthening your core and pelvic floor whilst also improving balance, flexibility and posture as your bump grows. We keep our classes small to ensure you get the most from them. It’s an excellent way of relaxing, stretching and preparing for birthing.
The class is open to all women more than 12 weeks and less than 38 weeks pregnant.
Women are welcome to join the class to help treat any Pelvic Girdle Pain in pregnancy, but its suggested that you have an individual session with our specialist physiotherapist first if you are suffering with any pelvic pain. Pain is Never normal in pregnancy! Assessing you first will allow her to make sure that you get the best from the class and that she can adjust exercises for you specifically.
Classes are only £45 for 6 sessions, and can be spread out as long as you let us know if you need to miss one.
