The Gallery Programme
Solo exhibitions by artists and arts organisations based and/or working in the borough area – and beyond – reflecting the contemporary visual arts community of Camden and the visual art and design institutions in the borough.
Exhibitions that draw attention to the artistic history of Camden and artists that have lived or worked in the borough.
Regular exhibitions to mark local or national initiatives such as the WWI centenary or Open House.
Annual Open Open exhibition, usually in July, which is open to all including professional and non-professional artists alike.
The Council will supervise the selection and arrangement and hanging of works
in consultation with the exhibitor. The Council will have the final approval of the
exhibition content and layout
The Council will charge a commission of 20% on all sales made during the
Preview / Reception / Events
The exhibitor will provide the Council with an email mailing list for invitations.
Events and workshops are encouraged in the gallery. Council staff can advise
on times/days and audiences. There may be an additional cost for staff to set up
and break down events.
