The aim of the postnatal Pilates classes is to create positive postural changes by strengthening the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles in a sensible, functional manner to assist the body in its postnatal recovery. And to meet other new mums!
Being trained in pre and postnatal Pilates,Camilla will be on hand to help and support you through the first few months of motherhood.
Babies are more than welcome! You can breastfeed, change nappies or just let the baby sleep on a blanket or in the pram next to you while you are exercising.
The course is suitable from 8 weeks after giving birth or 10-12 weeks after c-section. These are guidelines and it’s best to check with your midwife or doctor before booking.
