Relax Stretch and Breathe offers gentle yoga-based exercise suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy right through to the birth. Each class includes breathing awareness, yoga postures, preparation for labour, a lovely long relaxation, discussion and refreshments. A great way to meet other mums-to-be from early in your pregnancy. Weekly classes run in term time with special sessions during the holidays. Generously discounted rates for families on low incomes or in receipt of certain benefits – you can attend for as little as £1 per class!
