We have a range of classes from beginner through to advanced as well as older adults running during the daytime and evening and we are also open at weekends.
A maximum of eight students in any one of our studio classes means there really is close supervision and plenty of ‘hands-on’ teaching.
Whatever your experience, we recommend a private session first so we can assess your posture, flexibility and core strength to ensure that you get the most out of your class. As part of this induction session, we’ll send you some exercises with video links so you can practice at home.
Private sessions are especially relevant for people recovering from injury or surgery but they’re also useful for people who haven’t exercised regularly for a while or for beginners in preparation for going into a class. Other clients we teach privately are people who’ve found it difficult to attend a regular class because of other commitments and some just simply prefer to exercise on their own. It’s the most convenient way to learn and practice Pilates.
Classes cost £9 per hours, private sessions are £45 and home visits are £65.
