Become part of a new generation of CrossFit Teens by coming along to our unique training sessions, specifically devised for 13-17 year-olds.
Based on the core ideas behind our adult CrossFit sessions, expect to improve Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy, all in the judgement-free environment of our CrossFit box in Amersham and under the expert guidance of our CrossFit-certified coaches.
Whether athletic or not, our fun and motivating after-school sessions are based around a wide variety of functional movements performed at relatively high intensity – think jumping, pulling, pushing, tumbling and rolling!
You will experience the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more – all while establishing a lifetime love of fitness.
All activities are adapted to suit each young person’s ability, so everyone within the group will equally benefit whatever their level, with no one EVER left behind!
Crossfit Chiltern also instills important life skills adopted by the most successful sportspeople including focus, perseverance, dedication, motivation and camaraderie.
