CrossFit Chiltern ‘Bring your Baby’ is a brand-new workout class designed for new parents who want real fitness results but who also want the flexibility of being able to bring their babies to training sessions.
Based on the results-driven strategy behind our normal CrossFit sessions, workouts are adapted to incorporate buggies and strollers into varied and functional movements that focus on helping you achieve your fitness goals.
All parents train workouts programmed by fully qualified pre- and post-natal personal trainers which will work on building Flexibility, Balance, Coordination, Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Accuracy, Power, Agility and Speed through a range of movements to keep your body challenged and to keep you motivated. New mums in particular can benefit from access to specialist care and advice on how to regain core strength and flexibility after giving birth.
