Learn how to interact, communicate and bond with your baby through POSITIVE NURTURING TOUCH.
Studies have shown that baby massage can help your baby feel more relaxed, improve sleep and even offer relief from health problems such as colic.
It's also beneficial for parents too. Baby massage is a great way to bond with your baby and start socialising with your new family, before your little one is old enough to enjoy music and sensory classes. On the SoLo course, you'll find out all the benefits of baby massage, and you can read more about this at www.solobabymassage.com/about
SoLo Baby Massage is run by me, Rebecca Evans – I'm also co-founder of www.maternityleavelife.com. I'm fully trained with the International Association of Infant Massage (CIMI) and CRB checked.
I run group classes at St Mark's Church, Bromley, on Fridays at 1:30pm. The courses run in 4-week courses – see all the term dates at www.solobabymassage.com/booking.
I also run group sessions (for up to 8) in a range of venues, and host classes in my home. I can come to you and set up a class for you and a group of friends – anywhere in South London and Kent or Surrey borders.
Times and prices are subject to change. Contact venue before setting out.
