This evening class is geared towards winding up your weekend with a deep relaxation readying you for a good nights sleep & positive week ahead.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time; 5minutes or longer per pose is typical.
Yin Yoga applies moderate stress to the connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints & improving flexibility. Yin Yoga poses are also designed to improve the flow of qi and is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being.
This class is open to all ages, levels and abilities to improve flexibility, peace of mind and an inner sense of peace.
The class is £10 for a drop in or £35 for a block booking of 4 classes (to be used within 5 weeks).
