A complete mind-body approach to pregnancy yoga that incorporates the best of active birth and hypnobirthing to ensure you feel calm, confident and centred in pregnancy as you prepare for birth and mothering. Each session we have time for discussion and learning around different aspects of pregnancy, birth or parenting, getting to know other women in the group, essential hypnobirthing techniques, yoga postures, positions and movements for labour, breathing, and simple relaxation and meditation practices for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
