In this class we will gently stretch and mindfully move through yoga asanas (poses), creating a moving meditation by linking breath and movement into a Hatha Yoga flow. Whatever the focus, I always want students to feel lighter, happier and freer in body and mind after their practice. Hopefully we will have a laugh or two as well! Classes are suitable for all types of yogis, newcomers and old hands alike.
