Buggyfit is for all ladies who are at least 6 weeks post natal or 10 weeks post C section. It is a safe way to get back to exercise post baby and a great way to get out and exercise as well as meet new friends. I am a pre and post natal exercise specialist (since 2007) and will check all abs before the session and ensure those with diastasis or who had SPD are doing the right exercises for them.
