Brent Museum and Archives have been working in partnership with Transition Town Kensal to Kilburn to create a new thought provoking exhibition about what life was like in the south of the borough between the 1940s and the 1960s. This Heritage Lottery Funded project will culminate in this exhibition where visitors can explore local stories and objects and listen to oral histories highlighting the differences between, transport, food, recycling and neighbourliness in the past compared to today.
