About Circuit Training:
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning using high intensity aerobics and resistance training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all chosen exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, you begin the first exercise again on the next circuit. The time between exercises in circuit training is short and there is only a short rest (approximately a minute) between moving between each circuit.
The nature of the exercises and rest periods will ensure your metabolism gets a massive boost and will also ensure you continue to burn fat up to 48 hours after your workout!
