Yoga for you and your toddler/pre-shooler. A great way to inproduce your little yogi to the benefits of yoga. Yoga is great for strength and flexibility and is a whole body system using postures, breathwork, songs, games and meditation to help bring about complete balance of body and mind. It's a fun and joyful way to spend time with your child and research shows it may help with emotional regulation, and cognitive development as well as being great fun!
