Each class lasts an hour and 15 minutes and focuses on toning, strengthening your body, relaxation and breathing techniques. We also cover things like breathing techniques for labour and positions for labour too. The yoga postures are all suitable for pregnancy and will be adapted as per your trimester, and focus on building strength and stamina and keeping you flexible and fit.
Any mum-to-be over 14 weeks pregnant can attend.
You can come even if you have never done yoga This class offers yoga for pregnancy but also covers birth education and offers a fantastic opportunity to meet like minded mums locally. There is time for tea and chat at the end of each class
